The ice hockey youth team “Rote Teufel Bad Nauheim” is committed to the different needs of sport and society - a responsible task which the district of Wetterau gladly supports.
Diversity Management with the “Red Devils”
The Rote Teufel Bad Nauheim Eishockey Nachwuchs e.V. association promotes long-term social and cultural integration processes of children and adolescents of different origins and strengthens the community-building power of sport. Its commitment is recognized by the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF) and is a grass-roots association of the German Olympic Sports Confederation.
Fair play and diversity
Diversity pervades the activities of the Rote Teufel Bad Nauheim Eishockey Nachwuchs e.V. More than 15 nations play on the ice of the Colonel Knight Stadium. In cooperation with the inclusive Sophie-Scholl School, children with disabilities can experience ice hockey, and girls and boys play together in the teams. Here the obvious thing to do is to strengthen these special features and to anchor them in the club structure with a diversity concept.
